The Rascal is a smaller lure designed to swim and plunge like the larger lures, but for targeting a wide array of pelagic species. A great option when the bait cooler is getting low or for targeting smaller billfish species like white marlin and sailfish. We like to run this lure in the long rigger position but it'll get bit anywhere in the spread. Rig a ballyhoo on the back if you'd like but you won't need to.
